REQUIREMENT
Elderly Hong Kong residents aged 60 or above, with health conditions or service needs, are eligible to apply.
FEE
1. Self-funded accommodation
lTarget: Elderly Hong Kong residents aged 60 or above, with health conditions or service needs, are eligible to apply.
lOur home has provided 'Elderly Care Department with meals', 'Care and Attention Places', 'Nursing Places' and 'Dementia Wing' which is specially designed to take care of the elderly with "dementia" to implement the 'continued of care' model，For details, please refer to: Fee Table (Chinese version only).
2. Hong Kong Bought Place Scheme
Our home is one of the care homes for the elderly under the Residential Care Services Scheme in Guangdong (Hong Kong Bought Place Scheme). Applicants can apply for admission to our care home through the Hong Kong Social Welfare Department for subsidized long-term care services.
lTarget: Elder who are waitlisted for subsidized residential care services (Care and Attention Places /Nursing Places) on the Central Waiting List in Hong Kong
lThe services funded by the Hong Kong Social Welfare Department under this scheme include:
- Nursing or care quadruple room/Dementia Wing double room
- 24-hours nursing and personal care services
- 3 meals per day plus snacks
- Hospital outpatient and inpatient medical insurance
- Formulation and implementation of individual care plan
- Case counseling and regular social or recreational activities
- Rehabilitative services
- Emergency ambulance return to Hong Kong (if necessary)
- Transport and escort service for medical follow-up (if necessary)
- Laundry service
- Special nursing care for nursing places (nursing consumable included)
Other charges: Personal consumables and additional services are charged on a user-pays principle
